dhk marries historical, contemporary influences at 32 on Kloof

Clik here to view.Originally constructed in 1922 by architecture firm Parker & Forsyth for the United Tobacco Companies Limited (UTC), 32 on Kloof once housed the company's administration department. Transformed recently by dhk Architects, the building has undergone a metamorphosis it describes as a contemporary aesthetic that references, rather than replicates, the building's existing heritage.
