Cape Town launches fog harvesting pilot project on Table Mountain

Clik here to view.After experiencing one of the worst drought's in its recent history, the City of Cape Town has been investigating alternative avenues to augment its drinking water supply. As a result of the drought shock, the implementation of desalination, water reuse, and aquifer abstraction have been implemented at an accelerated rate as experts have warned that droughts will become more frequent, and last longer in the region.
