Tongaat Hulett Property commences with Heleza Boulevard extension in Sibaya Coastal Precinct

Through its contract with Vumani Civils CC, Tongaat Hulett Property has begun with the first phase of the extension of Heleza Boulevard within the Sibaya Coastal Precinct. This includes extending Heleza Boulevard from the traffic circle at the Gold Coast Estate up to the new Balize development which is expecting occupation by residents in the first half of 2022.
